Supply chain optimisation

Planning that decides, on one number the whole room trusts. Service protected, cash released.

Services

What this covers.

Each service below can run as advice, delivery leadership or an operating role. What we never do is hand over a report at the door.

01

Supply chain strategy and network design

The network mapped against real cost-to-serve and service targets: how many nodes, where they sit, and which flows go direct.

02

S&OP / IBP design and implementation

A sales and operations planning (S&OP) or integrated business planning (IBP) process that runs on one number the whole room trusts and ends in decisions with owners. We design it, pilot it and run it with your team until it holds.

03

Forecasting and demand management

Statistical baseline plus market intelligence, with bias measured and hunted. Forecast accuracy becomes a managed number, not a hope.

04

Production planning and scheduling

Finite-capacity schedules the floor can actually run. We tune the MPS, the MRP parameters and the sequencing with the planners, so the plan survives the week.

05

Inventory optimisation and safety-stock design

Safety stock set where it buys the most service per dollar of inventory, buffers repositioned across every echelon of the chain.

· Plan or design: buffer rules for 200 raw materials, sized to usable stock (pharmaceutical manufacturer)

06

Supply risk and dual-sourcing strategy

Exposure mapped supplier by supplier and lane by lane, then covered where it pays: second sources, buffers, contracts. Resilience without over-buying.

07

Planning organisation, master data and systems

The planner roles, the item master, the parameters and the planning system (APS) set up so the process runs on them.

About Opyflow

Opyflow is an operations and supply chain consultancy, founded in 2019, working with manufacturers in regulated and high-complexity industries. Offices in Kiryat Ono, Israel and Melbourne, Australia; projects across Israel, Europe, the US and India. The senior person you talk to is the one who does the work.

We are done when it's in the P&L.

Describe the situation to the senior person who would do the work. You don't need to prepare data for it, and if we are not the right firm, we will say so.
